Not far from the Spree.
In the middle of the action.
The Lanolin factory at Berlin’s Salzufer near Tiergarten is an ensemble of five buildings with an extraordinary industrial history. The ensemble, with a total of 24,800 m2 of office space, includes the new Kanalhaus buildings set in a magnificent location directly on the Landwehrkanal and Kesselhaus in the historic courtyard, as well as the existing buildings – the listed Kontorhaus, the Seifenhaus and the Jafféhaus from 1865.
State-of-the-art technical and sustainable solutions are a matter of course in all buildings – from acoustic ceiling sails with intelligent LED lighting, right through to IT cabling. In addition, there are spacious kitchen areas and each unit also has sufficient exit areas such as loggias, balconies or terraces. Everywhere on the site, green oases of tranquillity offer opportunities for relaxation, encounters and exchanges.
The Lanolin factory’s neighbours include Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, various suppliers and the Fraunhofer Institute. Other DAX companies, institutes, agencies and start-ups also appreciate the creative cooperation. The Technische Universität Berlin, the Universität der Künste Berlin, the Mediadesign Hochschule Berlin, the Tiergarten and the Kurfürstendamm can also be reached very quickly from here.
